Food Packages patrocina Top Scientist 2011, il Premio destinato da International PBI allo scienziato/personaggio riconosciuto dalla Comunità Scientifica che si sia distinto professionalmente negli anni nel mondo della scienza e ricerca della tecnologia degli alimenti.
Il premio sarà consegnato in occasione del "Gran Galà della scienza alimentare" che si terrà a Milano il 2 dicembre 2011.
"Con entusiasmo patrociniamo questa iniziativa, in linea con uno degli obiettivi della nostra testata: quello di creare sinergie tra ricerca e industria" afferma Maria Rosa Baroni direttore Responsabile della rivista. "Nel settore specifico degli imballaggi alimentari la necessità di dare rilievo all'importanza della ricerca sia di base che applicata è avvertita da tutta la comunità scientifica. Questo evento contribuisce senza dubbio a far progredire il settore e a incentivare le giovani leve che possono prendere esempio da scienziati degni di nota che hanno dedicato la loro vita a nuove scoperte".
E’ previsto un riconoscimento per ricercatori dediti a filoni di ricerca particolarmente innovativi: gli interessati dovranno inviare il proprio curriculum vitae et studiorum entro il 28 ottobre 2011 a topscientist@internationalpbi.it
