We are preparing a welcome gift: the first Food Packages Free Press Handbook, on modified atmosphere in English language. Food packaging in modified atmosphere is one of the winning choices to assure longer life and higher quality standards. Why devoting so much attention to this technology through this handbook? As for all projects of our publishing house, the idea was born by conversing with food producers and retailers who can benefit from this technology.
