The new Food Packages Free Press handbook is coming! The Food Packages Free Press Handbook, on modified atmosphere (MAP) in English language will be distributed on Plastex 2009 International Specialized Exhibition of Plastic and Polymeric Materials’ Producing (Kyiv, Ukraine, October 27th - 30th 2009). Many food packaging's producers are going to be present at Plastex: this year Plastex joins togheter ProdPlast and ProdMash, International exhibition for food and processing industry equipment and also packing equipment and package.

We are preparing a welcome gift: the first Food Packages Free Press Handbook, on modified atmosphere in English language. As for all projects of our publishing house, the idea was born by conversing with food producers and retailers who can benefit from this technology. The English version of the manual about modified atmosphere is under construction. "The incentive to produce the English version came from readers and advertisers, who visited our stand at Ipack-Ima 2009" announces Maria Rosa Baroni, editor in chief of Food Packages. "In this first phase of the project we are collecting the membership of the supporters and we are planning to spread the volume to dedicated exhibitions".
